“The Troll and Billy Goat Gruff” is a site-specific piece bought by the public Arts League of Salado and donated to the Village and with permission from Texas Department of Transportation was placed on the walking bridge near Main Street. Children and adults alike can be seen petting or sitting on the goat while having their photos taken.
